Sampling Process

At Custom Golf Gloves, we offer a professional sampling process to ensure your golf gloves meet the exact quality, fit, and design you require. Whether you are placing a bulk order or launching your own brand, sampling helps confirm every detail before production.

Step 1: Share Your Requirements

Send us your glove requirements including design references, logo placement, preferred materials, colours, sizes, and quantity. You can also share a tech pack, artwork file, or sample image.

Step 2: Material & Design Confirmation

Our team reviews your details and recommends the best materials and construction options. Once confirmed, we finalise the glove pattern, stitching style, and branding placement.

Step 3: Sample Development

After approval, we begin developing the physical sample. The sample is made using selected materials to match the final production quality. This includes printing, embroidery, labels, and packaging options if required.

Step 4: Sample Delivery

Once the sample is ready, we ship it to the UK for your review. Samples are shipped from Pakistan and delivered using reliable courier services. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.

Step 5: Feedback & Revisions

After receiving the sample, you can check sizing, fit, grip, logo placement, and finishing. If changes are needed, we revise the sample based on your feedback until final approval.

Step 6: Bulk Production

Once the sample is approved, we move to bulk production. Production time depends on the design complexity and order volume. Quality checks are performed before final dispatch to ensure consistent standards.

Step 7: Final Shipment (DDP UK Delivery)

Bulk orders are shipped from Pakistan to the UK. We provide a smooth delivery experience and dispatch your order with tracking details. Delivery is arranged for UK customers only.
